Can be triggered by an external signal or independently, on its own. 

Flash rate is adjustable. 

Default configuration has a random flash for best effect in a ghost trap. Same circuit is also available optimized for making a stroboscopic zoetrope - please add a note during checkout if you want the zoetrope version.

Powered from a 9V battery. Input voltage range is 6.5 to 14VDC.
